We are looking for a remote , experienced and motivated Executive Business Administrator to provide administrative support for the biggest tech company in the world, located from the Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate can navigate strategically in a fast-paced environment with energy and a professional attitude, develop proficiency with and maintain confidentiality of HR and sales data, handle ambiguity, and prioritize and communicate effectively. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and follow-through, can use good judgment, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Daily responsibilities include organizing and coordinating calendars, logistics, and travel. You must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and customer oriented. You will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. In this role, you will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to navigate high value, highly sensitive business scenarios and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Owns a broad variety of scheduling tasks with utmost accuracy and timeliness including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas;. Analyzes and responds appropriately to trends, priorities & duplicities to maximize time efficiencies
Manages 3 CDPs daily schedules and customer travel
Plans and coordinates domestic travel plans end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of any and all logistics and itineraries. Takes ownership & support of logistics and travel requirements including on-the-ground, door-to-door logistics. Works with key folks on the team in planning meetings and logistics. Facilitates completion of administrative tasks including completing expense reports, preparation of needed documents, handling information that can sometimes be confidential.
Schedules and ensures effectiveness of all logistics (meeting room, AV, catering) for meetings as needed.

4-5+ years of experience
No degrees required but nice to have
