Description:
O’Keefe Cleaners is currently seeking applications and/or resumes for Customer Service Representatives to join our quality-driven, customer-focused staff.
Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our company! They are tasked with the responsibility of listening to our customers, serving our customers and delivering on all of our customers’ expectations.
Job Purpose: Serve our customers with outstanding relational Customer Service through attentive interactions, detail-oriented invoicing, and a commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering on all of your promises and our customers’ expectations. Duties:
Excellent customer service and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Maintains appropriate cash controls and ability to balance daily cash drawer.
Resolves any discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and communicating with others on the team for a quick resolution for our customers.
Maintains efficient work operations by adhering to policies and procedures; reporting needed changes or violations.
Maintains appropriate service levels by following established standards during every customer interaction.
Helps teammates deliver on customer expectations by answering questions and responding to requests appropriately.
Accomplishes departmental and organizational mission through selfless teamwork.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
This position will require you to lift boxes and garment orders up to 25lbs as well as stoop, squat, walk and stand for long periods of time.
Skills/Qualifications: POS/Computer Experience, Team-Oriented, Energetic, Attention to Detail, Organization Skills, Desire to continually Learn and Teach, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to work efficiently and independently, Conviction to do the right thing.
Advanced Qualifications:
Fashion-Conscious Job Specifics: Although hours are not guaranteed, you will typically work between 20 and 40 hours each week.
* Monday through Friday. Closed on Sundays
