Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic or Tech to for the repair of outboard engines, boat, and trailer. Mechanical experience in any field is a plus . You will be responsible for ensuring proper functionality and reliability of various boat, motor, and trailer brands.
Responsibilities

Be able to troubleshoot, repair and maintain engines or mechanical components according to requirements
Inspect engines and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner

Perform thorough maintenance
Replenish fluids and components on engines
Provide consultation with customers on correct maintenance and what service their boat needs.
Prepare new boats for delivery to customer.
Install various trolling motor and electronics.
Perform light-duty tasks such as changing oil filters, general service, and warranty repairs.
Set up and participate in boat shows and other off-site promotional events.
Other duties may be required.

Skills

Proven experience as Mechanic or Tech.
Knowledge of engines, boats, electrical, trailer, and other systems and their components
Good communication skills
A problem-solving ability
