Radial is looking for work from home call center agents to help with
upcoming peak holiday season!

CALL CENTER AGENT ? VIRTUAL DETAILS:
The pay increase to $13.50 will be effective for their peak season
of October 2nd-Decemeber 31st.
Work from their home using Radial’s equipment to provide phone,
email, and/or chat support to Radial’s retail customer sites, which
include companies like PetSmart, Hibbett Sports, Estee Lauder, and
Coach.
When a shopper for that retailer contacts the company’s customer
support, our associates are the ones who answer their call/email/chat.
The Call Center Agent uses multiple web-based platforms to answer
shoppers’ questions about products, assists with ordering,
problem-solves, upsells, and performs other customer service-oriented
tasks as a representative of the retailer.
It is a fast-paced, customer-driven environment that requires
patience, strong computer navigation and data entry
CALL CENTER AGENT ? VIRTUAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer Service background
Strong computer navigation
Data entry
Applicant may be subject to a background check
