Nationwide Studios is looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to work in our corporate office in Hendersonville, TN.
JOB SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator & Events Planner reports to the Human Resources Manager and assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources department by carrying out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas for the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Functional areas: benefits, compensation, employment, staffing and recruiting; HRIS maintenance and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Benefit Processing – Enrollment, Issue Resolution, Employee Assistance, Invoice Auditing
Coordinates Employee Photo ID Badges – Obtain photos and submits for processing
Coordinates and Compiles Employee’s Job Descriptions
Provides Employment Verifications – Answer inquiries and provides information as requested
Updates employee information in company online system, as changes occur and maintains employee files and the HR filing system;
Update and distribute Home Office telephone list for on monthly basis
Provides screening assistance to recruiters during peak hiring periods
Assists HR Manager in preparing and distributing company employee communication;
Assists with other HR duties as needed and directed by the HR Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school and 5+ years experience and/or training in HR role or equivalent combination of education and experience
