Global Rubber Industries USA (GRI) are a rapidly growing import, distribution, and service business in the material handling & construction tires. With operations covering Indiana & Kentucky with growth plans to expand across the USA
Material Handling and Construction Tire Salesperson should be results-driven, high octane, dynamic, and ready to actively seek and engage prospective clients, pursuing a challenge to work and grow with a new brand. Our salespeople are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to potential customers by selling specialized tires, benefits, and product features, creating long-term loyalty/bonds with customers, drive sales and profitability of GRI.
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in core sales roles in the Kentucky region. Experience selling Material Handling tires or construction tire sales will be vital. Must have a strong track record of building sales in the Kentucky region. The candidate should be proficient in technology-based platforms such as Microsoft Office & CRM.
A prospective candidate,
Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in core sales roles in the Kentucky region related to tires
Material handling or Construction tire sales experience will be vital.
Should have an excellent track record of building & managing a customer base. Be able to seek new customers and develop current customers to grow the business.
Should showcase traits of a salesperson who does sales based on a value proposition in stead of only pricing.
Identify new business opportunities for GRI by understanding novel customer and end-user requirements, market conditions, competitions strengths, and weaknesses.
Develop weekly, monthly & quarterly sales forecast & achieve them. Build an annual sales plan for the business.
Develop management reports for senior management based on the forecast, market conditions & sales.
Analyze competitor activities and develop GRI “Go to Market” strategies to win market share.
Effective use of CRM tools to manage the value stream of the respective customer.
Technical capability to understand products and customer needs, a customer-centric mindset and passion to excel in customer service Compliance with GRI procedures, reporting requirements, policies, and code of conduct.
Proficiency in terms of using basic workplace technologies such as Email, Microsoft office, HRMApps in addition to using CRM & ERP tools
Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
