Job Description :
The branch manager will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a Black Diamond location.
Essential Functions
Ensure efficient operations in order to maximize revenue and control costs while maintaining an excellent quality of work and exemplary customer service
Ensure overall compliance with corporate policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Perform daily pest control services for customers in your area
Implement sales tactics to gain awareness and grow customer base in your area
Once established, provide leadership and direction to future employees
Oversee and encourage development of personnel within the company

Supervisory Responsibility
The role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of those who report directly and for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.

Experience NecessaryAt least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in a leadership role.
