Job Description :
I am searching for a assistant store manager for our office here in Auburn. This job pays up to $44,000 a year basked on experience. We are in search of candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish. This a terrific opportunity with a lot of room for growth in a terrific retail construction industry. Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to four years related experience
Competencies: Experienced store operations Associate with outstanding skills is customer service, tool product knowledge, understanding of and ability to sell importance of service in the tool rental equation, inventory control experience, problem solving skills (both technical & financial) , good communications skills and ability to build relationships with repeat customers
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have valid driver•s license
In some stores will need to be able to pass the forklift Certification after hired
Other skills and abilities: Some computer skills required
Other Qualifications: Prefer Bilingual Spanish/English
