Job Summary:
It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to enhance the Wensco customer service experience. The Customer Service Representative needs to take orders via the phone and monitor orders that come in from the Wensco website. They need to process these orders in an appropriate manner so that the customer can receive the product in a timely fashion. The Customer Service Representative needs to be professional and have a pleasant demeanor when talking with all customers. Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Primary Responsibilities include:
Being logged into the customer service call queue to take customer callsMonitoring and releasing Web OrdersAssisting customers place ordersCalling customers on any backorders and troubleshooting any other issues with themInvoicing shipments and handling RMA’s/CreditsWorking with other members of the Customer Service Team on call queue coverageEntering cash deposits and going to the bankJob Qualifications include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and courteous attitudeGreat problem-solving skillsAble to organize and planDedicated Customer Service skills to both Internal and External customersSolid team collaboration abilitiesJob Requirements include:
Experience with Microsoft OfficeHigh School Diploma or GEDCandidates are subject to criminal background check and a drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
