Job Description :
System One is currently seeking a Facility / Building Inspector for a long-term project. This position travels throughout the (City Metro) area assessing infrastructure conditions and entering said assessments into a proprietary app created by our client.
Responsibilities include
The primary duty of this position is to perform responsible condition assessment and technical inventory of assets (boiler/hvac/control room, etc)
The data collected for the building’s MEP/FP Systems will be inputted into pre-designed forms in the designated app.
Assessment responsibilities include buildings from foundation to roofing, including MEP and fire protection systems.
This work will involve traveling to different facilities and buildings. Mileage and travel expenses will be provided.
Photograph and digitally enter observations into the application.
While largely independent when assessing structures and entering data, you must maintain effective relationships with the Owner, co-workers, and the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Must be able to pass background check.
