Job Description :
Thank you for your interest in Windows of Wisconsin! We are looking to become THE premiere window installation employer in Wisconsin, and we want to do it ethically, responsibly, and strategically.
We are in need of a Shop Foreman to help us move our Shop into that future successfully. First thing’s first…what’s in it for you:
Pay: $25-30 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6ish AM – 3ish PM. Hours might differ a little bit depending on what we need at the time, or what YOU need at the time! We can be a bit flexible when you need it. Some OT will be required. Maybe an occasional Saturday, but that’s the exception rather than the rule.

Next…what we need from you to start:
We would like to see some experience with managing a shop of some kind, some leadership experience is really needed.
You have to be organized and adept with putting systems into place. We need our shop to flow smoothly so we can best serve our installation crews.
High integrity is critical. Be accountable, hold your team accountable, but do it in a manner that motivates and encourages.
This is a physical position at times, need to be able to handle the physical nature of the role.
Need a valid driver license, there will be some driving to deliver parts, pick up parts, etc.
Understanding that the role of our shop is to serve our internal customers – the installers, the Production Manager
Experience with and skilled in finish woodwork (e.g. knowing how to trim a window or door, what sizes to make the trim boards, etc.) is highly preferred.
Experience with staining wood effectively, and ability to discern between colors easily.
Other duties as needed/assigned.
