Job Description :
Sentinel Restoration is looking for a dedicated, team oriented individual to join the team as a General laborer. This candidate will maintain the integrity of the company through the following responsibilities:
· Respond to water damage emergencies and calls.
· Determine best restoration process and establish drying goals
· Sets air movers, dehumidifiers and/or specialty equipment. Monitors and documents temperature and humidity readings
· As needed, pulls baseboards, drywall, insulation, carpet/carpet pad, flooring, cabinetry, etc.
· Communicate with coworkers, management, clients and others in a professional manner.
· Complete paperwork in an efficient manner.
· Cleaning and preparing job sites.
· Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Ability to climb, kneel, and crawl required; may worked in confined spaces. Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs alone; more with assistance from a partner.
· Good communication skills
· Availability for on call hours
Compensation: Hourly based on experience, plus on call pay and after hours bonuses.
