1-2 year of leadership experience

Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts

Responsibilities:
Actively participate in a leadership coaching program
Able to create plans and goals and then to execute those plans to reach set goals
Able to take the initiative and possess skills for problem-solving
Adhere to all Chick-fil-A Covington policies and procedures
Appropriately document Team Member performance, policy, or procedure violations in Jolt and take appropriate corrective actions
Attend all Director meetings
Complete recruiting and onboarding for new Team Members
Conduct quarterly Team Member climate surveys
Coordinate new Team Member training schedules
Create a Winning Hearts experience
Create and publish new Team Member nametags
Ensure all new Team Members are inputted in HR/Payroll (Direct Deposit and Accruals)
Ensure completion of FOH / BOH Training Coordinator responsibilities
Guarantee food safety, restaurant cleanliness, and Team Member organization
Have a high level of self-organization and attention to detailIdentify shortfalls in training and implement plans to improve operational success
Maintain a positive working relationship and treating all with respect, while simultaneously providing them with coaching, direction, and feedback
Obtain a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification within three (3) months
Obtain a ServSafe: Food Protection Manager Certification within three (3) months

Order uniforms and shoes for new and current Team Members
Perform HigherMe administration
Perform Hot Schedules administration
Perform other duties as assigned
Provide new Team Member updates to all Directors weekly
Recruit, schedule and conduct interviews for new Team Members
Respond to phone calls and text messages made during business hours
Draft and publish the restaurant work schedule, prior to each Wednesday in Hot Schedules, for three (3) weeks in advance
Schedule Vision and Values Classes for new Team Members
Supervise, grow, and mentor all Team Members
Update direct deposit contributions for current Team Members
Use the Apps: CFA Support and Hyve to report and correct equipment failures
Work operational shifts in the restaurant

Ability to work inside and outside the restaurant for entire duration of shift during all seasons and temperatures
Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
Able to be on feet for six hours at a time
Able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be a positive influence
Must be a problem solver
Must be able to lift and maneuver more than fifty (50) pounds
Must be able to read, write, perform basic math and demonstrate verbal communication skills
Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
Must be able to stand for periods of up to two (2) hours in length
Must be able to work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment
Must be at least twenty (20) years of age
Must be available to work a minimum of fifteen (15) hours per week and two (2) Friday’s and three (3) Saturday’s per month
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must ensure proper security and cash handling procedures
Must ensure Team Members follow recipes and accurately prepare all orders
Must ensure Team Members work at a pace to maintain established speed of service requirements
Must have a reliable source of transportation
Must have the ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
Must work well with others and under pressure
