Our Leasing Consultants are primarily responsible for the following:
Performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals
Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy
Generate and handle traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures
Assist with the company’s on-going relationship with the residents throughout their tenancy
Led by the Property Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities
Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Our Leasing Consultants must have the following qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License required
High School Diploma or G.E.D required
Some education in Marketing preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in property management required
Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Yardi Program knowledge is a plus
Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation
Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.50 per hour
