Job Description :
LHH is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This direct hire position offers training, advancement opportunities and a great work atmosphere. The ideal candidate would have good knowledge of manufacturing and distribution methods and is looking for a new challenge.
Process and coordinate purchase orders
Negotiate with suppliers, monitoring budgets
Set up new vendors and approve vendor invoices by verifying purchase order price
Track orders, maintain files, records, correspondence, reports, and database used
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Quality assurance
Act as liaison with inventory teams and management.
Hours: 40-50 hours a week Mon-Fri. Flexible on 8:00am start.
Pay: $45,000-$60,000+ (based on experience)
