Job Description/Responsibilities:
Sazerac’s Supply Chain Leadership Development Program offers an exceptional opportunity to begin your career in Supply Chain and prepares you for a dynamic career. Through business-critical projects, you will gain a thorough understanding of our industry, develop your technical/professional skill sets all while directly contributing to company growth.
2-year rotational program involving multiple Supply Chain functions including Global/Domestic Logistics, Demand Planning and Production Planning
Opportunity to lead projects/teams within multiple facilities
Professional development
Networking with Sazerac Senior Leadership
Continual feedback throughout rotational program
Qualifications/Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field
Desire to embrace new challenges
Desire to be challenged with assignments across all facilities
Passion for learning and growing your Supply Chain skill set
Solid interpersonal and communications skills
Leadership and/or supervisory experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong work ethic
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
