Job Description :
Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Franchise Development Coordinator to join our Franchise Development team. This role is responsible for performing detailed and confidential administrative coordination and general support to the Franchisee development process.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

Maintain, organize and manage documents and data in the Franchise Management System, and run status reports as needed
Prepare weekly development update reports and distribute appropriately
Assist with compiling and sending Franchise development application materials
Run confidential credit and background reports and upload to Franchise Management System
Assist with new and mentee Franchisee candidates including scheduling assessments, invoicing, sending candidate communications and calendar appointments, and collecting candidate information
Assist with Franchisee expansion requests including compiling and organizing Operations Support and Accounting documents and following up as needed
Assist with the collection, organization and review/validation of documents needed for Franchise agreements
Support a variety of department communications and follow up with Franchisees/candidates as they work through the development process
Support department special projects and other duties as assigned
Two+ years of post-secondary education in a legal, real estate or financial field and three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong technical abilities and experience working with software programs including MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Professional
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task with changing priorities
Strong focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
