Job Description :
An experienced Property Caretaker/Handyman is needed to care for and maintain a beautiful 10-acre estate in River Hills, WI. Qualified candidates need to have a keen eye for details, have knowledge of mechanical systems and be dog friendly. Primary responsibilities include walking and inspecting the property, maintaining the property in accordance with the homeowner’s standards, scheduling and overseeing vendors and service providers, grass cutting, snow removal and assisting with pet care. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule for someone who wishes to work up to 32 hours per week from May through November and up to 25 hours per week from December through April. Compensation between $35 and $40 per hour depending on experience and qualifications along with paid time off and standard paid holidays. You will be able to design a schedule that works best for you. Immediate interviews and flexible start date.
