1. Successful candidate will run the daily functions of the HR department including: hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Full time position.

Experience required: Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration. 3 yrs. of HR experience is preferred. Must have prior experience with KRONOS. HR Management Experience is preferred. Interpreting FMLA and ADA implications. Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Skills required: Exceptional leadership, coordination, communication (written and verbal), and marketing. Strong problem solving, prioritize workloads and work in fast paced environment. Knowledge of HRIS systems, and V-Lookup.
