This function includes employees working on technology operational support functions, process improvement, and incident management response; determination of issue priority, provisioning, and service request fulfillment; installations, upgrades, and releases/deployments; and problem management analysis and resolution.
Primary Responsibilities:

Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
Serves as a resource on complex and/or critical issues related to operational support
Works with others to solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions
Identified recommendations for improvement and helps to implement the recommendations
Contributes to operational improvement projects
Reviews, analyzes, and escalates issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
Train and guide staff on hardware, software, and virtual desktop usage
Supports technology onboarding and related tasks for new staff
Collects and organizes information from various sources like computer data and ticket/metric histories
25% local travel

Required Qualifications:

Associate Degree OR 6+ years of customer service experience
5+ years of IT experience, preferably in IT operations and support roles
3+ years of customer service/help desk experience including experience with monitoring service center metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
