Job Description:
Reports to the Division Leader. Responsible for ensuring all Rocket Wash facilities and equipment are presentable and in proper working condition for our valuable customers.
Essential Functions:
Manage the day-to-day preventative maintenance of equipment at all Rocket Wash locations
Car Wash repairs and troubleshooting
Travel between locations and provide scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdown repairs
Trouble shoot, resolve, and test electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic issues
Read and interpret manuals and equipment documentation
Comply with all safety guidelines, procedures, and PPE requirements at all times.
Work efficiently and effectively when juggling multiple projects
Follow up on tasks to verify timely completion and quality of work done.
Effectively communicate and maintain strong working relationship with Division Leader and Site Leaders at each location.
Protect the assets of the company
Non-Essential Functions:
Communicate effectively with Leader and customer concerns, complaints and requests
Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform
Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable of basic heating, electrical, plumbing and assembly. Must have own vehicle and current auto insurance. Capable of solving problems quickly. Flexible with schedule. Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers.
Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
