Positions: Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Manager Trainee
Location: 3325 Heiser St, Hudson, WI 54016
______________________________________________ Warehouse Associate: Day and Night Shifts Available
From $25 to $32 per hour (Days)
From $29 to $36 per hour (Nights)
(This includes a $4 per hour shift differential for Night Shift only)
Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
Participate in a hands-on 6-week training experience in our Outbound Department.
Compile and ship orders based on customer specifications.
Progress in your warehouse career to increasingly more independent and advanced roles.
Contribute to Uline’s overnight / night inbound warehouse operations.
Receive, check-in and put away overnight / night stock quickly and accurately.
Review orders prior to packaging for accuracy and quality.
Ship orders to ensure that it reaches our customer in excellent condition.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Thrive in a fast-paced and coaching environment.
You model safe behaviors and compassion for your peers.
Dedicated to excellent attendance.
Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
Day hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7 PM
Night hours: Sunday – Thursday, 9 PM – 5:30 AM
Part-time hours: Various days from 2 PM – 7 PM
Warehouse Manager Trainee From $27 to $35 per hour Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements
Master Uline’s inbound and outbound warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.
Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC and Maintenance department training.
Develop Warehouse Manager / Management skills by leading and motivating others.
Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse manager environment.
High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
