Job Description :
This is a clerical technical position for REHS Central Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance. The duties of this position include but are not limited to document initiation, report generation and review, payroll punch verification, inventory procurement and receiving, processing service work orders, ordering supplies, prepare disbursement vouchers and maintain other miscellaneous accounting and recording keeping duties. This position may also organize trainings and participate in process improvement and related projects. Handles auditing of bi-weekly payroll punches and submits adjustments utilizing Ultra Time reports system. Reconciles billing interfaces from other service units such as IPF, Stores, Laundry, and Telecom. Participates in monthly physical inventory to include researching variances between inputs. Proficiency in Enterprise Business System, FAMIS, Apptree or other similar ordering or inventory systems.
Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills
Knowledge normally acquired through a high school education; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, records maintenance and/or experience in spreadsheet, word processing, and/or database software. The job may require knowledge of technical or medical terminology and/or technical training related to the field of employment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
