Adara Development is seeking an Administration Manager to provide support to the Global Health Team and manage all aspects of the Edmonds office.
ABOUT THS OPPORTUNITY
Full-time (or 0.8 FTE) permanent position in a flexible working environment
Informal, but professional workplace, with a passionate team
Reporting to the Global Health Director
In this role you will:
Ensure a smooth-running office in Edmonds, WA
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing events, and editing documents
Support team members with international travel arrangements
Collaborate with administrators in Australia, Uganda, and Nepal
Work with the Finance, Legal, and People and Culture teams
Provide IT support to Edmonds staff
To excel in this position, you will have:
The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs
Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
A confident, proactive, and adaptable approach with a great sense of humor
A commitment to social justice and international development

This is a hybrid role. As long as it is COVID-19-safe, staff are expected to work from our physical office space in Edmonds several days per week.
