Job Description :
We are looking for YOU! Come be a part of a fast-paced and FUN full-service, restaurant environment! We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the new Area Director of Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom!! This person will oversee seven location in three states will live in BILLINGS, MONTANA!! HUGE bonus!
This position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. Area Director must work well under pressure, is organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to travel 50%-75% of the time. I am considering all experienced Area Directors for this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations under the guidance of the Vice – President.
Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
Prioritize completing task
Ensure Service and or Culinary Excellence
Ensure excellent guest experience
Qualifications & Skills:
At least four years of Area Director Manager in a fast-paced, full-service, restaurant environment
Stress management/composure
Proven leadership and time management skills
Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient P&L Knowledge

Salary: $90,000/year Total Compensation plus Bonus
