Job Description :
The Assistant Program Manager will provide for the safety,support and well being of residents as stated in Resident Dignity policy and Wellspring Mission Statement. Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention consistent with program objectives, goals and philosophy. Advise and consult with on-call staff when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of resident status including appointments,activities,destinations,departure and return times. Assist Program Manager in ensuring proper handling of medication and disposal of hazardous material. Remain informed regarding resident mental and physical status. Review progress log at the beginning of each shift. Complete shift change protocol with incoming staff.
