In your Associate Demand Planner role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
The associate demand planner will either own the development of the 0-18 month forecast for lower complexity brands, assist demand planning teams during heavy forecasting periods, or be able to step in as backup demand planner when needed. As an Associate Demand Planner, individuals will need to learn and apply all skills required to be a demand planner.

Flex That Works: flexible (hybrid) work arrangements that empower you to have purposeful time in the office and partner with your leader to make flexibility work for both you and the business. This role will work a minimum of one day a week in the Neenah, WI office. Travel may include up to 10% of work time.
Your Key Responsibilities include:

Assist, or lead of low complexity brands, in the development and delivery of full 0-3 Month SKU/DC/Weekly which meets or exceeds forecast accuracy metrics
Assist, or lead of low complexity brands, in the development and delivery of a 4-18 SKU/Monthly forecast with meets or exceeds forecast accuracy metrics.
Assist, or lead of low complexity brands, the S&OE process check and adjust execution against the forecast to ensure delivery of forecast.
Assist, or lead of low complexity brands, and facilitate the Demand Review to communicate Sales Planning perspectives and assumptions associated with brand initiatives, opportunities, and issues.
Participate in monthly Product Review meetings to ensure knowledge of product changes to accurately incorporate into forecast.
Collaborate with the Customer Teams as needed to ensure changes in customer plans are understood, communicated throughout S&OP meetings, and accurately accounted for in the volume forecast
Assist, or lead of low complexity brands, the development of a future year annual forecast as part of the SBP/AOP process for assigned brands.
Partner with BU Sales and Product Supply as a resource to understand volume drivers, current plans, and provide thoughts/ideas on drivers of gaps to collaborate on gap closure.
Drive continuous improvement of volume forecasting processes and the performance of the demand forecasting tools and systems by sharing ideas with Sr. Long Term Demand Planners and Sr. Short Term Demand Planners.
Ensure effective utilization of forecasting tools to deliver business results and improve volume forecast accuracy through utilization of base and incremental tracking and mix/profile analysis that helps ensure optimal customer service results.

About You

You also possess:

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Development or IT related experience with the above functions. Experience with accurate business forecasting, supply and demand and quantitative business analysis skills. Experience in developing customer relations and providing business analyses. Strong analytical, forecasting and business analysis skills.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications: Knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Development, Shopper Research, Marketing concepts is a plus. Knowledge of and experience with K-C planning process is a plus. Proficient in data access and analytical tools and PC based applications (AnalytX, Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Skills/Competencies: Advanced forecast accuracy and results, leadership, strong oral and written communication, quantitative business analysis, advanced analytical problem solving, financial and budget management, ethical judgment and decision making, change management, project and risk management and building relationships. Strong storytelling and Simple Problem Solving skills are essentials.
