Automotive Service Advisor (Work Flow Expectations) We are hiring for all levels of expertise from commercial/diesel Service Advisor, General Service Advisor Assistant, (A) level Gas, Medium, and Light Duty Service Advisor positions as well.
Specifically, Advisors may be trained on or expected to handle our customer’s needs from start to finish. This includes checking in with the customer, and retaining the information given by the customer about their main concern. Recording the 4 C’s of Automotive during the entire process. (Concern, Cause, Correction, and Confirmation.) The service advisor handles recommending work to the customer, sourcing and ordering parts at times, writing up complete invoices for the customer to go over and interacting with customers in a friendly 5-star customer service way.
Applicant Qualifications:
Washington State Valid Driver’s License is required. A positive work attitude and a clean DMV report are a must!

Team Integration Skills
Must be proficient at multitasking
