Job Description :
Looking for a friendly and outgoing personality to work as a bartender/server for Becker’s Bar & Grill in New Hudson. We are a small bar & grill that also has a full bar offering beer, wine and liquor. We are open 7 days a week from 11:00 am to 10 pm. We are looking for a person who can both serve and bartend. Tips are paid out at the end of your shift, hourly is paid every two weeks. Need an experienced bartender.
Details:
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and have an ability to work with a team.
Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies
Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
Be knowledgable in and adhere to alcohol related laws
