As a business analysis manager on the Sales, Marketing, and G&A team, you will be responsible for building and reporting on the USCO sales and transaction forecast. This role also contributes to Starbucks success by providing analysis and insights into how changes in customer behavior (e.g. frequency, product mix, routine) impact business performance.
As a business analysis manager supporting customer analytics, you will…

Provide financial support for USCO retail business – you will lead the development of forecasting, planning, and reporting sales and transactions for a $20B+ business.
Tell the Customer and Revenue story – You will leverage data-driven analyses to uncover sales and customer insights as we communicate opportunities, trends, and risks to senior leadership.
Work cross-functionally across teams– You will partner with Product and Loyalty Finance, Store Development, DAIBO, and other teams to incorporate key metrics into sales forecasts and reporting.
Coach others – You will actively provide coaching, direction and leadership to other team members to achieve business results
Enjoy working in a fast-paced business environment where you’ll be required to challenge previously held business assumptions and develop new standards for understanding and interpreting business results.

Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning (7 years)
Applicable industry experience (5 years)
