Join our growing company at Frontier Derm Partners! We are now recruiting for Certified Professional Coder to oversee and lead our Charge Claim team in our medical billing dept to ensure compliance and correct coding of multiple dermatology practices. Lead experience is preferred, but not required.
Some duties include:
Perform auditing, tracking of data, tasks, and regular reporting of production to manager.
Ongoing training of new hires, providers, MA staff, and being a resource for the billing team.
Supervising 5+ charge claim team members, including PTO requests, training, coaching, simple corrective conversations, and maintaining team morale.
Our RCM CPC Lead must possess exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented.
Our CPC Coder Must possess a high level of online computer skills; experience with EMR (NextGen) is a plus
This CPC position is a teleworker that must be located in Oregon or Washington, and is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
