Job Description :
We are seeking a Custodian Janitor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
Keep all areas of building indoor and outdoor clean and orderly condition
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Maintain common and cleaning supplies
Cleaning of boat parts
Regularly dust, mop, sweep, vacuum
Cleaning restrooms (Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, floors)
Restocking paper and soap supplies
Trash removal throughout building
Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.)
Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks (shoveling snow from the sidewalk, lifting heavy items, moving chairs etc.)
Clean mirrors and windows

Ability to handle physical workload
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to work independently
Attention to detail and conscientiousness
Good physical stamina and strength
Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
