In your role you will be responsible for working with each of the 4 product teams and development team to define and execute Software Releases. You are a leader who shapes what work gets done and brings cohesion and coordination to ensure the project’s objectives are met. Define product features architecture, software interfaces, and portfolio level interdependencies. You spot product strategy inconsistencies and deftly facilitate executive-level conflicts. We are looking for a world class Software leader and innovator to join our high performing team to lead us into the future. You will be responsible for:
Driving collaborative design of architecture, distribution of function across the eco-system and document the system solution for development of component functionality
Support component strategy and articulate the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing consumer and stakeholder needs
Serve as the central resource with design as the product moves through development
Act as user champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholder and align design activity with business goals and priorities
Manage the prioritization and refinement of the design work products while working with the development teams to clarify requirements balancing business needs with technical requirements
Determine the appropriate product Release Date and Content
Create and maintain communications regarding vision and progress like a product roadmap and release plan
Provide regular reporting including scope, schedule, and planning
Take lead on issue resolution for systems in design
Maintain a basic knowledge of software development and the industry for the particular component
