Customer Service Analyst
In the role of Customer Service Analyst, you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success! HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Customer Service & Collaboration: A key ingredient is our team’s commitment to working collaboratively with our business partners to help us meet objectives. We’re relying on you to bring your strong focus to the customer, as you’ll create a seamless and satisfying internal and external customer experience for all interactions with the OTD team. You’ll be accountable to partner with internal and external customers at all levels, including senior management to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions to reduce transportation issues.
Problem Resolution: You’ll drive for success as you’ll facilitate OTD problem resolution within your loads. You’ll use your strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure consistent application and adherence to our OTD policies, including adherence to GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Our team is continually moving towards progress. You’ll be relied upon to identify continuous improvement opportunities, challenge the norm, and being innovative to drive efficiencies and decrease costs. You’ll be accountable to consistently meet compliance measures and adhere to service level agreements. You’ll be instrumental in achieving and sustaining best practices in effectiveness, quality delivery, and efficiency within a strong internal control framework.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

High School Diploma or General Equivalency (GED) and strong related experience.
Knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR)Customer relationship management experience
Customer relationship management experience.
Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
Strong knowledge of collections, deductions, and/or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
