Job Description :
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy healthcare industry client that is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and finalize a wide range of collateral materials for digital and print including direct mailers, online content, messaging, brochures, letters, and other communications to both internal and external audiences.
Work with the in-house creative design team in the production of marketing materials to ensure materials are on-brand, error-free, delivered on time, and within budget.
Act as a communications consultant on small- to medium-size projects with internal partners.
Act as liaison between internal business teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and budget with careful attention to customer experience and brand.
Collaborate with digital experience to maintain web and digital channels.
Assist with administrative duties and help inform improvements of departmental processes, procedures, and policies.
Provide peak-load assistance and back-up as assigned.
Research industry-relevant content and communications best practices and trends and share them with team members.
This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, for at least 4 months.
1 year of experience in a marketing/communications role
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills
Healthcare industry or health insurance knowledge and experience
