Job Description :
Responsible for planning, directing and implementing a comprehensive major gifts program designed to generate major gifts from individuals, organizations, corporations and foundation to support the vital programs and services of Norton Healthcare. Work closely Foundation staff and hospital administrators to initiate and implement cultivation and solicitation efforts based on the major fundraising projects of the Foundation and the interest of donors. Annual revenue goal of $1,000,000 from major gifts ($10,000 and above). Work in an office setting with weekly travel required to make in person visits with donors and potential donors. This position will assist with events as needed, which requires flexible hours, including evening and weekends and own transportation.
Required:
Five years of experience in fund raising with a not-for-profit, or in business development/sales development in the private sector
Bachelor Degree
Desired:
Three years management
Certified Fund Raising Executive
