Director of Marketing
Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, located in Dousman, WI, is hiring a Director of Marketing. This is a Full Time position. We seek caring team members willing and able to commit to our workplace values: Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun!
The Director of Marketing supports our mission and values by leading Three Pillars’ brand, storytelling, and public outreach efforts to raise awareness with our internal and external audiences and support our census goals. The Director gives voice to our mission and increases public awareness of Three Pillars offerings and the importance of our mission of serving seniors and their families.
What will I do in this role?
Build communications and marketing strategies that helps us spread the word
Responsible for our marketing plan from creation to implementation
Work with our sales team to develop annual creative campaigns that support their census goals
Tell our story through media (traditional, earned, and social) to keep us top of mind
Have or establish relationships with local media
Work with our vendors for marketing support
Use the right tool, at the right time to share our message – this may be through earned media, social media, advertising, direct mail, or other tools
Oversee the creation of our annual community benefit report and other tools for outreach to our audiences.
Develop and manage a budget for the marketing team.
Lead the marketing team.
Coordinate or help with the coordination of events for the media and/or our external audience, which may include site visits or press conferences.
Evaluating and fine-tuning, our marketing and communications efforts based on data
Oversee our content development and social media publishing.
Pitch in with other duties as needed.
What is required in this position?
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
5 recent years in marketing or a relevant field
Previous experience leading teams through empowering and building them up
Empathetic leadership style
Strategic thinking skills
Previous experience with online advertising
