Position Overview:
The Domestic Operations Agent has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction. This role will be 100% on site.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
Maintain day to day communication and customer service directly with customer
Shipping and receiving customer inventory domestically
Maintaining accurate customer inventory
Reporting of any damages and/or defective inventory packaging
Ensure paperwork, labeling and scanning for accuracy
Coordination/scheduling of carriers to meet shipping deadlines
Responsible for processing monthly inventory
Other duties as assigned

Other Skills We Hope to See:
Associates Degree or equivalent
3-5 Freight Forwarding experience preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SAP and AS400 experience is helpful but not required
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
High level of organizational skills
Team Player focused attitude
Time management is extremely important to meet customer deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
