We are looking for a full time person to manage overall facility maintence and upkeep needs at our 50,000 square foot facility.
Background Required
– Understanding of and acceptance of individuals diverse in age, culture, background, life situation and ability.
– A valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.
– Must be able to pass initial and periodic criminal, caregiver, and driver background checks
Physical Requirements
– Ability to use a walk behind mower, shovel sidewalks, climb ladders, perform small and large motor skill activities, do general building/facilities upkeep.
– Ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally.
– Ability to access and work in a variety of environments.
– Ability to communicate with co-workers.
– Ability to small powered hand tools.
