POSITION SUMMARYThe Graphic Designer will work with the Creative and Web Services team to execute, develop or maintain assorted projects.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Day-to-day client support triaging via telephone and email.
Marketing collateral ordering and order management.
Press release tracking and management to meet corporate and team goals.
Assist in marketing collateral creative process and quality assurance.
Collaborates with Web Services teammates to design and launch web sites for CU*Answers and CU*Answers clients.
Support teammates with website updates and collateral updates.
Contribute and assist in annual marketing and advertising programs for CU*Answers and cuasterisk.com partners.
Keep CU*Answers up to date with technological changes and industry advancements.
Maintain a positive contribution as a member of the Creative and Web Services team and complete all tasks assigned by management to meet team objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deal with external clients as well as internal staff.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Exposure to Internet-related and other PC software; ability to learn and explore new software independently
Familiarity with graphic design and web development software and best practices a plus.
Ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.63 – $26.45 per hour
