Salary Range: $35000.00 – $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
Ask for and manage customer referrals.
Manage every customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Utilize Farmers excellent resource systems to understand and follow all underwriting and compliance directives.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated by multiple resources such as; referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
Be able to obtain or currently possess a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license – we have excellent training resources and platforms to use to obtain your license, if needed.
Successfully complete our award winning Farmers training program.
Be driven and motivated by the challenge to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Communication clearly so as to interact with individuals of varied levels of insurance knowledge.
