This role provides IT partnership for the North American Supply Chain and Order to Cash capabilities. As part of K-C’s ERP migration to the S/4 SAP platform (program Aurora), the role will be responsible for managing and coordinating North American regional release activities for the Order to Cash workstream and connected/legacy applications, working closely with the Aurora program leadership team to enable overall program success. Additionally, the role also partners closely with North American Supply Chain/Sales teams to ensure related requirements are championed as part of program Aurora and that any additional capability needs are understood, appropriately prioritized, and effectively delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day technical leadership for the North American Aurora Order to Cash process team and ensure the release fulfills the requirements of the business and a stable system is transitioned to the business for day-to-day operations. This includes understanding business change impacts and business readiness.
Develop and manage the workstream project plan and BU release processes and coordinate COE team activities related to the project
Ensure visibility and tracking of milestones against the business and systems roadmap
Facilitate regular status meetings to communicate progress, priorities, inter-dependencies, timelines, issues, and deliverables including internal and external status reporting
Ensure proper and timely escalation and resolution of critical issues
Manage and contain scope by utilizing defined change control processes effectively through the designated governance and change control board(s)
Ensure release quality at the completion of each phase, including presenting criteria for each phase gate to respective management approval team.
Proactive management of risks on an ongoing basis including the identification, analysis, response to, and escalation of risks
Participate in the development of risk mitigation and contingency strategies
Build trusted partnerships with program leaders, business stakeholders and retailers where appropriate to define requirements, business case, drive adoption and ensure realization of business outcomes that solutions enable

REQUIRED

Bachelor’s degree/specialized training/relevant professional qualification and 5+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master’s degree and 3+ years of prior relevant experience
Project / Product management skills to provide priority, focus and issue escalation using Agile methodologies
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to move forward with incomplete information
Financial acumen to support business case creation and measurement
Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across geographies, cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
