Pébéo designs and manufactures paints of all types, as well as accessories, ranging from brushes to easels, for Fine Arts, Creative Leisure and Children. The products are sold in more than 120 countries world-wide, making the brand a reference in the world of Fine Arts and Creative Leisure.
To join the growing company, Pébéo is looking for a US-based key account manager.
In collaboration with the sales force and management,
your main missions will be to:

Identify market developments and the company positioning;

Highlight development paths specific to the market;

Define methods to develop the company’s offer;

Submit an operating budget to General Management;

Manage and implement the commercial policy;

Identify and retain strategic accounts for the company;

· and manage key accounts.
Required profile and skills:

Strong business acumen and solid understanding of retail accounts and the market;

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Interpersonal skills;

Adaptability to interlocutors and environments;

Rigor and methodology to set up and follow commercial policy;

Sense of argumentation to negotiate sales contracts;

Ability to work under pressure to withstand the challenges to be met;

Must live in the United States (remote position);

and must be willing to travel the US (approximately 20-25% of the job requires traveling).

Experience needed:

Four to six years of related experience;

Experience dealing with large retailers, preferably in the arts and crafts chain segment;

and a minimum of three years of demonstrated success in a business development or sales role in the arts/crafts retail market (an asset).
