Experience with Excel

Job Summary

Responsibilities
Complete bank reconciliations for 20+ bank accounts monthly
Manage incoming/outgoing wires and transactions in banking system and obtain wire details
Communicate with our business partners, banks and counterparties to verify wire instructions and details
Pull bank statements and reports to manage bank account activity
Complete journal entries of cash activity in the general ledger using accounting software
Prepare daily reporting for actual and forecast warehouse lending activity
