To assist the Director of Human Resources in facilitating the efficient operation of the Human Resources department.
Skills:
High School Diploma required
Supplemental training/education in Human Resources preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills
Duties:
Complete new hire recruitment and review incoming applicants
Enter all new hire documents into the appropriate HR information system
Complete all steps within the hiring process
Communicate with applicant and manager throughout the hiring process
Complete work verifications and personal references for new employees
Assists management in processing and maintaining employee information
New hire and ongoing driving suspensions
Post and maintain open positions
Maintain the organization’s Facebook page
Complete necessary background checks
Verify invoices monthly for Occupational Health
Compare deliveries with order history to ensure accuracy
