Orthodontic Assistant & Concierge SpecialistJob Responsibilities
General Overview
1. Human Interaction
Connecting warmly and fervently with patients and families trumps all other responsibilities.
2. Orthodontic Patient Management
Greeting, seating, and making adjustments on our orthodontic (Invisalign and brackets/wires) patients.
3. Clinic Project Creation & Completion
Unique adminsitrative projects, customized to your strengths, will allow you to use your gifts and creative talents. Notice a workflow bottleneck? You’ll be encouraged to take initiative and present solutions in an empathetic and creative manner.
4. Phone Touch Points
Answering current and new patient phone calls utilizing a customized phone script.
Troubleshooting creatively when problems arise.
5. Other Responsibilities
As part of your cross training, you will learn the following skills:
scheduling, composing and editing communications with patients and dentists, processing payments, laboratory work, and general administrative tasks
