Do you love working with patients and have great customer service skills? Want a full-time position, but only work 4 days each week? Transcend Orthotics & Prosthetics is accepting applications for a full-time (Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) Patient Service Representative (PSR). The PSR is an integral part of the clinical practice; as the first person to interact with our patients, the PSR sets the tone for the patient experience. Duties of the PSR include checking patients in and out, verifying insurance eligibility, coordinating patient appointments and clinic schedules, other front office duties, and most importantly ensuring a positive experience for all.
