W ork Schedule :
This is a part-time, .60 FTE, 24 hrs/week position. Hours will be between the hours of 2:45pm-11:15pm. Every third weekend required. On-call and holiday rotation required. Hours may vary depending on operational needs of the department.
Pay :
External hires may be eligible for up to a $1500.00 sign on bonus.

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to:
Standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages
Proper patient identification and specimen labeling
Specimen receiving and specimen processing
Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system
Education :
Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
Work Experience :
Minimum –
Preferred – One (1) year of experience in phlebotomy and/or healthcare
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum – Basic Life Support/CPR certification or ability to obtain Basic Life Support/CPR Certification within 3 months of hire
Preferred – Phlebotomist (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent
