Responsibilities as a Production Operator:
Monitors press/weld machine for proper operation and reports any malfunctions or problems to supervisor and maintenance.
Coordinate and pre-stage all necessary items for die change.
Set up dies, fixtures or assemblies in accordance with MIOSHA standards and company procedures.
Performs routine and preventative maintenance and setup including, but not limited to, machine lubrication, tip changes/filing, and die setting/fastening. Tools utilized include hand held pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, die bars, etc.
Keeps work areas clean and orderly.
Punctual and regular attendance is required.
No experience needed, we will train you!
