As a member of the Program Management / PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Team, the Program Management/Change Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including performing day-to-day data analysis, working with Program Managers and Business Process teams, utilize tools for key performance indicators and lessons learned compilation, compiling executive summaries, assistance in documentation and creation of center of excellence.

Learn different aspects of the product development cycle
Utilize tools and processes to record and communicate key performance indicators
Create summaries for executive leadership reviews and obtain appropriate approvals program milestones and during regularly planned leadership escalation meetings
Facilitate document and process management processes, with clear definition of tasks, roles, and IT storage/control
Work with PLM/Program Management (PMA) to help the group on the following tasks:
Gather appropriate information based on the type of change being investigated as well as reviewing change plans and schedules
Plan and communicate activities including scheduling the change request, assessing risk and impact, creating plans, defining, and sequencing the tasks needed to accomplish the change request
Conducting post-implementation reviews to validate the results of the change request
Work closely with the IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Teams
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements
Document and provide training in business processes

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education or equivalent experience
Experienced and proficient with PDM/PLM systems
Experienced and proficient with JIRA
Experience with Siemens Teamcenter a plus
Experience working with Service and/or Software applications a plus
Experience with ERP systems
Variant Configuration knowledge a plus
Prior experience with manufacturing product releases and BOM management preferred
